Basketball
Participants are mentored by coaches who oversee skills training, practices and games. Each time the leagues meet, DCP's Athletic Coordinator leads a Bible devotion for participants to encourage sportsmanship, build character and self-esteem.
How to participate:
Open to the public, contact our office regarding registration fees and scholarships.
How to get involved:
- To serve as a volunteer coach and/or referee, contact our office. Minimum age for serving is 16 years and background check is required.
- To partner with DCP, promote the leagues and open gym to your friends, family, co-workers and church. Invite them to participate.
- To donate and/or sponsor, you can assist by providing for or reducing the costs of equipment, t-shirts, trophies and candy. Financial donations are accepted and will go toward program purchases or scholarships.
