In 2005, the congregation of Riverside Community Church unanimously voted to make an offer to purchase the former YMCA property. It had been on the market since 2001 with a sale price of $1.4 million. Our offer to purchase the propery for $210,000 was miraculously accepted by the YMCA. By December of 2005, the offices of Riverside Community Church and Dream Center Peoria ministries had relocated. The current value of the facility is $10 million. What a mighty God we serve!
