Mission Peoria 2017

July 24-29

Mission Peoria is a week like no other. Over 300 young people from all over America participate in this week of service. They converge on the City of Peoria to make a huge impact on the community.

It incorporates local service projects in the morning, VBS-style kids programs in area neighborhoods all over the city in the afternoon and Youth Revival Nights, nightly youth celebrations to inspire and refuel the young people for the next day.

The week is capped off by Backpack Peoria, where families in need can pick up a backpack full of school supplies for their kid.

From gardening to painting, the youth of Mission Peoria work in groups to bless individuals and organizations in need.

After morning service projects comes Metrokids, a VBS-style program for kids in those same neighborhoods.

Youth Revial Nights

Each night is capped off with worship and a speaker, giving the youth of Mission Peoria a chance to reenergize for the next day.

Backpack Peoria

Backpack Peoria is where Dream Center Peoria gives away over 2500 backpacks loaded with schools supplies for children in need. Mission Peoria participants work throughout the week to help pull off the biggest outreach event in the city.
