LOCAL EMERGENCY RELIEF FOOD/TOILETRY ITEM DISTRIBUTION

We are excited to announce that Dream Center Peoria will be providing a special distribution to community families this Friday, November 21st.  DCP recently launched a local emergency relief initiative in response to the growing needs experienced by families facing increased costs for food, utilities, housing, and more.

Thankfully, we have already been able to serve more than 200 families with the donations we have received through four church location sites.  Several corporate and foundation partners have now also stepped forward to help bridge the gap for local families through funding for additional groceries/toiletries.  

The general public may drive or walk to DCP (714 Hamilton Blvd, Peoria) between 10am - 2pm to receive grocery/toiletry items for their families.

Each family may receive a prepared package of food/toiletry items, which will  provide multiple meals as they recover from any recent loss of benefits or struggle with the higher cost to put food on their tables.  This distribution of 500+ packages will be designed as a drive-through in our Hamilton-side parking lot, and there will be an option to walk through for those without vehicles. We are grateful to be able to offer this support as families prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving.
